The California Rebuilding Fund was created to support small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This loan program serves businesses across the state, but it is especially focused on small businesses located in economically disadvantaged and historically under-banked areas to provide them with the access to capital and advisory services needed to get through these challenging economic times.
Businesses must employ 50 or fewer full-time employees and had gross revenues of less than $2.5 million in 2019 to be eligible. View full eligibility requirements here.
This program is separate from the federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and other SBA programs.
