September marks the close of my first legislative session in the Capitol, and it has been a season of growth. I sent my first bills to the Governor, earned appointments to 11 committees, including Chair of the Emergency Management Committee, and secured budget wins for our community.
We delivered $10 million to support Family Justice Centers in Stockton and across the state, and $8.5 million to launch a new Bioeconomy Campus that promotes agriculture, environmental sustainability, and creates additional local jobs. We have also temporarily halted the Delta Conveyance Project, but the fight to protect our Delta continues. I am grateful for your trust and excited to build on this momentum.
Warm Regards,

Rhodesia Ransom
